Brilliant Natural Lighting at the Brandhorst Museum

One of the things that we love doing, though not often enough, is museum hopping. There’s nothing like the still peacefulness and inspiration rush like that of a museum walk. What caught my attention about this newly opened Brandhorst Museum in Munich is its brilliant use of natural lighting.

Since lighting is key, the works are lit by natural light for almost three-quarters of the museum’s opening hours, with artificial lighting only being used when necessary.
