The Ippolito Fleitz Group has created a sharp, bitingly stylish creative interior within the Quant 10 Apartments – a dynamic space in which areas intermingle and blend smoothly from one room to the next.
This modern apartment uses varying colors and geometric volumes to create spatial divisions that section off the rooms without obstructing the rest of the open floor plan. We love the design of the contemporary kitchen and dining area: a reflective ceiling catches bright strips of interior color, illuminated by a set of organic pendants hanging over the table. A large art panel is lit from behind, creating a faux forest view while centering the space.
The nearby living area follows the same open and innovative structure – the ceiling over the sitting area is made of one large dimmable panel, echoed and balanced by the soft textural rug below. A lilac accent wall features a jumble of prints and paintings that seem to transition into the library shelves through the divider.
The Quant 10 Apartments can be described in many ways: luxurious, sophisticated, crisp, and playful – but definitely not ordinary.
