Whoa – the wild style of this apartment is powerful enough to divide design fans everywhere. Some will love it, some will hate it, but here it is: the City Center Penthouse!
This home just screams “party” – and why shouldn’t it? Located right on the strip, this residence just couldn’t work anywhere else. LED lights are embedded into every nook and cranny and triangular mirrors adorn many of the ceilings, really bringing the nightlife home. Mark Tracy of Chemical Spaces is the creative force behind this innovative residence, and he really is working in his natural habitat – this man is everywhere when it comes to Vegas hotel design.
But Mark didn’t do it alone; textile genius Calle Henzel contributed the 280 sqft of spectacular graphic rug that you see in the photos – so hip and fun! Street artist Shepard Fairey also lent a hand in adding even more urban appeal with the custom chain curtain that provides privacy to the master bedroom.
We have a definite soft spot for bold design – but what do you think? Would you borrow any elements of the City Center Penthouse? Should this look just stay in Vegas? We want to hear your thoughts!
